⚠️ Sizing Tip: & Fit Details:
Our cozies are tapered (wider at the top and slimmer at the bottom) and best fit on a cup that is in the same tapered shape! Ounces the cup holds doesn't matter as much as the shape of the cup.
Product & Pattern Variance:
Due to the nature of the handmade process, there will be slight variances in each product with regard to size, construction and pattern/label placement. But all are always equally as awesome!
Colors:
Colors will vary from screen to screen.
Lining:
Please note that it is also normal for lining colors to peek through at the seams, especially on contrasting colors.

What is a pre-ordered item?
A pre-ordered item is one that is not yet made at the time of purchasing. These items are "made-to-order" and typically ship about 3-4 weeks after the pre-ordering window has closed.
When will I receive my pre-ordered item?
Most pre-ordered items ship approximately 3 to 4 weeks after the pre-order window closes. You will receive a shipping notification as soon as your order is about to head out to you!
What happens if I purchase other items that are in stock along with a pre-ordered item?
We will ship the in-stock item when the pre-order item is ready to ship. If you would like the in-stock item before the preorder is ready, please send us an email atorders@lovemichcollection.comwith your request and we will send over a separate shipping invoice. Once the additional shipping fee has been paid, we'll send out the in-stock item.
I live locally, can I pick up my pre-ordered item?
Yes! The process in picking up in-stock orders and pre-ordered items is the same. The timeline is the same as a shipping order which is approximately 3 to 4 weeks after the pre-order closes. Please wait for the email indicating that your order is ready to pick up and then head on over during our pick-up hours.
