What is a Love Mich® Coffee Cozy?
Glad you asked! ;) Our CEO and Founder, Michelle Provencher, first created the original iced coffee cozies in 2008 when she saw a need for something to stop her iced coffee from sweating all over her desk at her day job. With self-taught sewing skills and a stubborn ambition to create something perfect, she developed the Love Mich® Coffee Cozy late one summer night in 2008. Over the last 10 years, the popularity of our cozies has spread like wild fire. Our cozies fit snugly around your iced cup to keep it from sweating and melting AND keep your hot cup from burning your hands! Perfect for any and all beverage drinkers! Our cozies are THE trendsetters in the beverage sleeve world and began the movement of #nomorenakedcups™!

How do I place an order?
Each quarter (four times per year) we will release a collection of prints for our Love Mich drink cozies. We will announce a date and time that these releases will launch and you’ll want to note your calendar and set an alarm! We have increased our efforts significantly but these items are handmade right here in Massachusetts so we are limited in how many we can produce each quarter!
Once the initial launch sale of that quarter has occurred, we will then begin restocking some or all of that quarters prints, as many times as production allows, until the next quarterly release! That means you have more chances to score one (or more) of our beauties!
When is your next restock?
Once our initial launch of the quarter has occurred, we will begin restocking prints at random! The date and time is not typically announced ahead of time, but instead we send out alerts via social media, text, or email! Our restocks are typically on a weekday during normal business hours (EST)!
How do I know what prints you will have available?
We change up our prints with each quarterly release opening! Those prints then remain through that quarter and appear as "sold out" on our website until they are restocked! If there are special surprise/limited edition prints outside of our quarterly collection, those prints are always previewed on social media so be sure to follow us! Whether or not certain prints will return is always a secret! However, we do have several exclusive Love Mich® prints that do tend to make frequent comebacks!
Could I order outside of a shop opening and just wait for it to be made?
Unfortunately, no. Due to the high demand for our product, we are unable to accommodate individual orders outside of our quarterly releases and restocks.
Could you let me know when you are restocking?
You are welcome to sign up for text alerts and/or email alerts to be notified about restocks! But, please note, items sell out VERY quickly so when you receive the text/email, you'll want to jump on our site immediately to attempt to purchase! Also, please make sure to follow us on Instagram and Facebook for any extra info!
Do you do pre-orders?
No, we're sorry! Due to the high demand for our product, we only sell what we have made and ready to ship during our quarterly releases and restocks.
Why do these sell out so fast and how am I supposed to get one?
They sell out fast because they are AWESOME! ;) Our items are handmade, by real humans, right here in the good ole United States of America and they take time. We crank out as many as we can over the course of a month and then list everything we have available during our shop openings. We are constantly upping the amount of inventory for each opening and pushing our people to the limits, but our items keep selling out faster and faster! It is a great "problem" for a small business but can be frustrating as a customer! We totally understand that and are continually working every day to make sure that eventually, each and every person that desires one of our Love Mich® coffee cozies, is able to purchase one (or two!) We promise they are worth the wait and determination to purchase!
I was trying to order, had an item in my cart, and it sold out before I could complete the order. What happened?
This can be frustrating, we know! During our shop openings there are usually FAR MORE people trying to purchase than there are items available for purchase. Because of that, and how quickly they sell out, it is not uncommon for items to disappear from your cart. Yes, even within the first 30 seconds of our shop opening. It can be very disappointing and we understand that. Please know that this is not a "glitch" in the website. It is simply the difference between the volume of people trying to purchase and the limited number of items we have available.
As always, we are continually adding more and more inventory to our monthly sales. Our goal is for every person who desires a cozy, to be able to purchase one! Stick with us, they are absolutely worth the wait!
Why wasn't the item I put in my cart held until I was able to check out?
Our website does not allow for items to be held in your cart while you continue to shop or during the check out process. Our restocks sell FAST (usually within minutes!) and it is very likely that someone else also put the exact item in their cart at the same time. It all depends on who checks out faster. The item is not officially yours until you reach the "thank you for your order" screen AND you receive an order confirmation email.
The site shows everything is "sold out", how do I purchase?
More often than not, items appear as "sold out" on our website. Just prior to a release or restock, the listing is there as a place holder until we are ready to add inventory. After a release/restock, the listing is sold out because we've sold everything we had! It is rare that we have anything "left over" or available much longer than a few hours. Please sure to sign up for alerts and keep an eye on our social media accounts to know when to pounce on a purchase!
Can I still order something if everything is sold out?
No, we are unable to take individual orders outside of our releases and restocks.
Do you do custom orders?
We are very sorry but we cannot accommodate custom orders for the foreseeable future. Thank you for understanding!
How much are the coffee cozies?
Jumbo & Regular Cozies are $26 each plus shipping!
Small & Skinny Cozies are $24 each plus shipping!
I placed an order but I selected the wrong size. Can I change it?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept sizing changes once a purchase has been made. We typically sell out of ALL of the inventory during our openings, therefore we do not have extra items to exchange sizes. If after ordering you notice that you did not purchase the correct size, you are welcome to cancel your order. Simply send us an email to: email@example.com with you order number and full name.
What are the different coffee cozy sizes?
The "Jumbo" size fits: Dunkin Donuts ICED Large, Starbucks ICED Trenta and other cups similar in shape and size
The "Regular Iced" size fits: Dunkin Donuts ICED medium & large, Starbucks ICED Venti & Trenta.
The "Small Iced" size fits: Dunkin Donuts ICED Small & Starbucks ICED Grande as well as the Dunkin Donuts HOT medium.
The "Skinny Hot" size fits: Starbucks HOT Grande & Venti

What are the shipping costs?
At this time we are only able to ship within the United States.
Order total : $0 to $52 = $4.00 shipping
$52 to $78 = $5.00 shipping
$79 to $130 = $6.00 shipping
$130 & up = Free Shipping!
When will I get my purchase?
Processing items for shipment does take time here at our small studio! Our items typically leave our hands 7 to 10 BUSINESS days after purchasing and then it is up to the post office to transport your goodies! You will receive a tracking number in your order fulfillment email.
How is my order shipped?
All items are shipped via USPS within the United States. Please note that USPS may take several days depending on where you are located in the US. The Love, Mich Collection® is not responsible for mis-delivered, lost and/or damaged packages. Unfortunately once your package has left our studio and gone into the hands of the USPS, we have no control over it. If you have an issue with your package, or the delivery of your package, please contact your LOCAL United States Postal Service office.
What should I do if my package says it was delivered but it wasn't?
Unfortunately, it is not unusual for the Post Office to mark something delivered and then it doesn’t actually show up until a day or two later. We understand it can be very frustrating! If it does not show up the next day, please contact your local Post Office (you can find their number on Google as opposed to the main 1-800 number) ask them to look into it. Often times their “inside” tracking system is much more detailed and they might be able to locate it that way. Once the packages leave our facility, we must rely on the post office to take it from there. The Love Mich® Collection is not responsible for mis-delivered or lost packages as this is completely out of our control. If the post office indicates there may be a chance that the package is being returned to us for some reason, please let us know so we can keep an eye out in case it does.
I placed multiple orders, could you combine them and refund the shipping?
Unfortunately, no, we are unable to combine multiple orders.
I live locally, can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, no. The policy is shipping only. Thank you for understanding!

How do I wash my coffee cozy?
Spot clean or hand wash only using a mild detergent and AIR DRY. Do NOT put your cozy in the dryer or microwave!
Remember to be gentle when cleaning your cozy as scrubbing on the print will result in fading.
What is your return policy?
Returns are considered on a case by case basis by the original purchaser ONLY. Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and full name to discuss. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item regardless of when you took the item out of its' packaging.
What is your policy on resale?
There is a Love Mich® Official BST group on Facebook if you find yourself in a position to want to sell or trade your Love Mich® items. Please note - ALL BST transactions, including those that occur in our Official BST group, are AT YOUR OWN RISK. We do not accept any responsibility for any transactions or items that take place from person to person.
Please also note - the ONLY authorized seller of our products is OUR own website. We cannot confirm the authenticity of products purchased anywhere but directly from our official website.
Further, we do NOT allow our products to be sold above our current retail price.

I sent an email, when will I get a response?
We try our very best to respond to emails as timely as possible during normal business hours. We are generally in the studio during normal business hours Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and all major holidays.
Please note, if your email is with regard to an order that has already occurred, we will do our best to respond within 5 business days.
If your email is a general inquiry, question or comment, it could take us a couple of weeks to respond. We are always working to improve our response times but especially in the days surrounding a monthly shop opening, our inboxes are flooded!
Do you do bridal orders or large special orders?
Due to the demand for our products, we are no longer able to accommodate special, custom or bridal orders. Sorry about that!

No, we only sell our products in our online shop!
I bought one of your items through a BST (buy/sell/trade) site and have an issue with it. Can you help?
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with any issues that occur with person to person sales of our products. We have no control of what happens to our items prior to, during or after these types of exchanges. We love that so many folks want to share their love of Love Mich® but all of those types of transactions are at the buyer and seller's own risk.
Why do your restocks usually happen on a weekday during normal business hours?
We are a business and operate during normal business hours, therefore, our shop openings occur during those times. We have families and tiny humans to care for after hours, weekends and holidays, just like many of you!
I am participating in a giveaway/fundraiser for a local charity/organization and am wondering if you would be able to make a donation to our cause?
We truly appreciate you thinking of Love Mich® to be a part of your event. We receive regular requests to donate our items for charitable organizations. As much as we would love to be able to support all of these wonderful causes, being a small business with an incredibly high demand for our products, we are unable to make donations. These types of inquiries take a significant amount of time and we are no longer able to respond to each individually. We appreciate your understanding!
