What is a Love Mich® Coffee Cozy?
Our coffee cozies fit snugly around your iced cup to keep it from sweating and melting AND keep your hot cup from burning your hands! Perfect for any and all beverage drinkers! Our cozies are THE trendsetters in the beverage sleeve world and began the movement of #nomorenakedcups™!
As we say here at Love Mich®, "It's not just a coffee cozy, it's a LIFESTYLE."
What are the different coffee cozy sizes?
- JUMBO: Fits Dunkin Donuts ICED Large & Starbucks ICED Trenta - and many reusable cups!
- REGULAR: Fits Dunkin Donuts ICED Medium & Starbucks ICED Venti - and many reusable cups 20-24 ounces!
- SMALL: Fits Dunkin Donuts ICED Small & Starbucks ICED Grande - and many reusable cups 16 ounces!
- SKINNY: Fits Starbucks HOT Grande & Venti - also great on pint glasses!
⚠️ Sizing Tip: & Fit Details:
Our cozies are tapered (wider at the top and slimmer at the bottom) and best fit on a cup that is in the same tapered shape! Ounces the cup holds doesn't matter as much as the shape of the cup.
How do I wash and care for my coffee cozy?
Hand wash or spot clean, then air dry. No dryers, please!
Do you offer custom product orders?
We are very sorry but we cannot accommodate custom orders for the foreseeable future. Thank you for understanding!
Purchasing & Orders
I placed an order but I need to change my shipping address - what do I do?
If you have placed an order and need to change your shipping address, please email us ASAP at orders@lovemichcollection.com with your order number and the correct address. We generally process and ship orders within a day or two of ordering (sometimes sooner!) so you'll want to let us know right away! We will do our best to accommodate changes but please know that if a package has already gone to the post office, there's nothing we can do.
I placed an order but I selected the wrong size. Can I change it?
If the print is still in stock in the correct size, then you could email us to cancel your original order within an hour of purchase and then place a new order for the correct size! :)
Could I cancel my order?
Full order cancellations must be requested within 1 HOUR of purchasing. We do not allow partial cancellations. Please note that it is our discretion as to whether or not to allow a cancellation at all. Please be mindful of your purchases.
When is your next restock?
We typically announced when we are restocking or have a new collection via social media, text, or email! Our restocks are usually on a weekday during normal business hours (EST)!
How do I know what prints you will have available in the next release?
We change up our prints with each collection release! The collections are usually Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter with various special holiday collections mixed in! The prints are always previewed on social media so be sure to follow us! Most prints don't restock so once they're gone, they're gone! However, we do have several exclusive Love Mich® prints that tend to make frequent comebacks! :)
Why do these sell out so fast and how am I supposed to get one?
They sell out fast because they are AWESOME! ;) Our items are handmade, by real humans, right here in Massachusetts and they take time. We crank out as many as we can over a period of time and then list everything we have available during our shop openings. We promise they are worth the wait and determination to purchase!
I was trying to order, had an item in my cart, and it sold out before I could complete the order. What happened?
This can be frustrating, we know! During our shop openings there are usually far more people trying to purchase than there are items available for purchase. Because of that, and how quickly they sell out, it is not uncommon for items to disappear from your cart. Yes, even within the first 30 seconds of our shop opening. It can be very disappointing and we understand that. Please know that this is not a "glitch" in the website. It is simply the difference between the volume of people trying to purchase and the limited number of items we have available.
Our goal is for every person who desires a cozy, to be able to purchase one! Stick with us, they are absolutely worth the wait!
Why wasn't the item I put in my cart held until I was able to check out?
Our website does not allow for items to be held in your cart while you continue to shop or during the check out process. Our restocks sell FAST (usually within minutes!) and it is very likely that someone else also put the exact item in their cart at the same time. It all depends on who checks out faster. The item is not officially yours until you reach the "thank you for your order" screen AND you receive an order confirmation email.
Pre-Orders
What is a pre-ordered item?
A pre-ordered item is one that is not yet made at the time of purchasing. These items are "made-to-order" and typically ship about 3-4 weeks after the pre-ordering window has closed.
When will I receive my pre-ordered item?
Most pre-ordered items ship approximately 3 to 4 weeks after the pre-order window closes. You will receive a shipping notification as soon as your order is about to head out to you!
What happens if I purchase other items that are in stock along with a pre-ordered item?
We will ship the in-stock item when the pre-order item is ready to ship. If you would like the in-stock item before the preorder is ready, please send us an email atorders@lovemichcollection.comwith your request and we will send over a separate shipping invoice. Once the additional shipping fee has been paid, we'll send out the in-stock item.
I live locally, can I pick up my pre-ordered item?
We offer local pick up at The Love Mich® Boutique, located at 674 Springfield St., Feeding Hills, Massachusetts.
Just select "Store Pickup" from the cart page before placing your online order. You'll be prompted to choose a time and day to pick up your order, and will receive a pick up reminder email. Please come on in during that timeframe with your ID handy to retrieve your order!
Local Order Pick Up
I live locally in MA can I pick up my order?
We offer local pick up at The Love Mich® Boutique, located at 674 Springfield St., Feeding Hills, Massachusetts.
Just select "Store Pickup" from the cart page before placing your online order. You'll be prompted to choose a time and day to pick up your order, and will receive a pick up reminder email. Please come on in during that timeframe with your ID handy to retrieve your order!
How do I pick up my order?
You will receive a reminder email when your order is ready for pick up on your selected pick up day and time. Please bring your ID to confirm identity when picking up.
If for some reason you aren't able to make the date/time you selected - no worries - just come in when the Boutique is open for normal business hours! You can find the Boutique hours here.
Can someone pick up for me?
Yes. Please email us at orders@lovemichcollection.com at least a few hours beforehand with your name and order number along with the name of the person who will be picking up for you.
Shipping
When will I get my purchase?
Processing items for shipment does take time here at our small studio but we move them out as quickly as possible! Our usual shipping and processing time is about 3 - 5 business days. During the holidays or a large sale, processing and shipping is typically 7 - 10 business days.

How is my order shipped?
All items are shipped via USPS within the United States. Please note that USPS may take several days depending on where you are located in the US.The Love, Mich Collection® is not responsible for mis-delivered, lost and/or damaged packages.Unfortunately once your package has left our studio and gone into the hands of the USPS, we have no control over it. If you have an issue with your package, or the delivery of your package, please contact your LOCAL United States Postal Service office.
What should I do if my package says it was delivered but it wasn't?
Unfortunately, it is not unusual for the Post Office to mark something delivered and then it doesn’t actually show up until a day or two later. We understand it can be very frustrating! If it does not show up the next day, please contact your local Post Office (you can find their number on Google as opposed to the main 1-800 number) ask them to look into it. Often times their “inside” tracking system is much more detailed and they might be able to locate it that way. If the post office indicates there may be a chance that the package is being returned to us for some reason, please let us know so we can keep an eye out in case it does.

My package seems to have stalled in transit - what should I do?
We recommend going to USPS.COM and entering your tracking number (sent to you in your shipping email). Once you've entered tracking, there will be the option to sign up for text and/or email alerts for that particular tracking number. Please sign up for the alerts. For some reason (magic, maybe?) once you sign up for the alerts, the package starts moving within a day or two!
My order is confirmed lost - what should I do?
If you have exhausted all avenues - checking with the post office, neighbors, household members and signing up for text/email alerts - and none of those made your order turn up - please reach out to us at:orders@lovemichcollection.com. If the order is replaceable (sometimes we no longer have the prints) and this is the first instance in which this has happened to you, we will replace orders valued $50 or less with the same or similar items. If your order was over $50, we recommend filing a claim with the USPS. More information can be found on their website (usps.com) in the "help" section. We do not refund orders of any value that the USPS has mis-delievered or lost.
Do you ship internationally?
YES! We now ship to the following countries. Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all customs and duties fees upon receipt. Thank you!!

*Please note that shipping internationally is expensive. We did our best to estimate the costs for each country but if the shipping cost is significantly higher, we may have to invoice you for additional shipping. Our suggestion is finding a group of friends to order with and then split the cost amongst yourselves!
Returns & Resale
What is your return policy?
Our Coffee Cozies are our main star and we want you to love your purchase! If something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help:
Coffee Cozy Return Policy:
- Items must be unused and unopened
- Return must be requested within 5 days of delivery
- Store credit only, minus shipping
- Customer is responsiblefor return shipping
- Maximum of 3 returns per year
- Item will be inspected before store credit is issued
Coffee Cozy Size Exchange Policy:
- Item must be unused
- Exchange must be requested within5 days of delivery
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- New size will ship once the original is received and approved
- Maximum of 3 exchanges per year

What is your policy on resale?
There is a Love Mich® Official BST group on Facebook if you find yourself in a position to want to sell or trade your Love Mich® items. Please note - ALL BST transactions, including those that occur in our Official BST group, are AT YOUR OWN RISK. We do not accept any responsibility for any transactions or items that take place from person to person.
Please also note - the ONLY authorized seller of our products is OUR own website. We cannot confirm the authenticity of products purchased anywhere but directly from our official website.
Further, we do NOT allow our products to be sold above our current retail price.
I bought one of your items through a BST (buy/sell/trade) site and have an issue with it. Can you help?
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with any issues that occur with person to person sales of our products. We have no control of what happens to our items prior to, during or after these types of exchanges. We love that so many folks want to share their love of Love Mich® but all of those types of transactions are at the buyer and seller's own risk.

Where is your boutique located?
We are located at: The Love Mich Boutique, 674 Springfield Street, Feeding Hills, MA 01030. You can view more information about our shop here.
What are the boutique hours?
Our regular hours are: Thursday 10am-3pm, Friday 10am-4pm, Saturday 10am-3pm and Sunday 10am-3pm. Please note that we close for all major holidays as well as inclement weather. If there are any last minute hour changes, we post them to our Instagram and Facebook
We recommend doing a quick check before heading over, just incase!
Are you accepting new vendors for your Boutique or special events?
We have an ongoing form you may fill out if you are interested in selling your products at our shop or if you'd like to participate in one of our special vendor events. Here is the form.

I sent an email, when will I get a response?
We respond to emails as quickly as we’re able during our regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 3 PM (EST). We do not monitor emails on weekends or holidays.
If your message is related to a pending or shipped order, you can expect a response within 24–48 hours. To help us get back to you faster, please be sure to include your full name, order number, and any details we may need to assist you.
For general inquiries not related to a specific order, such as whether or not a certain print will restock, we do our best to respond though we don't always have a clear answer and might not be able to respond timely.
