Shipping policy

When will I get my purchase?

Processing items for shipment does take time here at our small studio but we move them out as quickly as possible! Our usual shipping and processing time is about 3 - 5 business days. During the holidays or a large sale, processing and shipping is typically 7 - 10 business days. 

NOTE: If you need your order for a special date or occasion, please shoot us an email at orders@lovemichcollection.com so we can get it out to you asap! :)

How is my order shipped?

All items are shipped via USPS within the United States. Please note that USPS may take several days depending on where you are located in the US.The Love, Mich Collection® is not responsible for mis-delivered, lost and/or damaged packages.

Unfortunately once your package has left our studio and gone into the hands of the USPS, we have no control over it. If you have an issue with your package, or the delivery of your package, please contact your LOCAL United States Postal Service office. 

I live locally in MA can I pick up my order?

Yes! We offer local pick up at The Love Mich®Boutique, located at 674 Springfield St., Feeding Hills, Massachusetts.

Just select "Store Pickup" from the cart page before placing your online order. You'll be prompted to choose a time and day to pick up your order, and will receive a pick up reminder email.
